We got a call this morning that they thought Kade had an infection. He had a bad night and cried a lot which is very unlike him.
They ran blood work, xrays and his bloodwork came back slightly elevated. When we got here he was SCREAMING! It wasn't his normal cry
He was in pain. His belly was bloated and he had fever. He was so pitiful. They had him hooked back to the IV bc they were concerned for him not peeing or pooing and also they stopped his feeds. They are concerned about an obstruction possibly. He is doing a contrast xray right now that would be able to show the possible obstruction. If so, he will have surgery today.
