Sad day...TPN returns

Today is not a good day.  We will restart TPN and stop Kade's continuous formula feeds today. He will be totally on TPN for at least 2-4 days.  The will attempt to supplement feeds when they feel he can tolerate it. 

He lost another ounce last night which brings him down to 8.13. His total output over 24 hours was 265cc. This is 65cc per Kilo.  Dumping was considered 40-50 per Kilo. So he is really dumping...dumping everything they give him quickly.  He is also dehydrated.  They started weighing wet diapers and it is really low output which means dehydration. 

They are also bringing in a GI doc to see if he has suggestions.

That is it for now.  I haven't gone to see him yet today. Not sure if I am going, maybe later.  :(
