Kade is doing pretty good! He now weighs 11.14!!! WAY TO GO, BIG BOY!!! They took him down on the TPN to 8ml/hr and up to 28ml/hr on the formula. He is getting squash and bananas with his cereal and does really well! He LOVES eating with his spoon but has to have his hands in his mouth at all times. The OT told me today that she thinks he is making a palate with his fingers and using that to help him push it all back...makes sense.
We are waiting on the plastic surgeon to call us back because we are pushing to get his lip done ASAP. We are shooting for end of next week, but I don't know if he will have room then. He was ready to do it whenever he said, so we are just waiting to schedule it. :))) He is going to look so funny with a full lip!! I love his little smile! He is going to look so different!!
Other than that, things are going pretty good. Lucas is making progress. He hasn't started bottle feeding yet, but when he starts, he can come home when he is able to take 8 bottles a day. Hopefully that is very soon! His mommy, daddy and sister are ready for him to come home!!

Yes, we are waiting for both Kade and Lucas to go home - HEALTHY. MiMi feels like a boomerang, but SO glad I can be there with both. Just love them so much.
